Railfanning in Illinois CN Manifest Part 4 This is a video of a CN ES4400AC in South of WaKegan, Illinois coming through town while i was railfanning there. No train horn just the bell of the train. Please enjoy. Oh yea this was funny this guy got into a highspeed chase and the train actually didn't stop him for the cops. Unfortunately he rammed his vehicle into the wall of a building and he ran off and the cops pulled there guns out because the guy had robbed someone at gunpoint!
