GreenLight HPS PVP: Comprehensive Review of Laser Technology for BPH As men age, the transitional zone of the prostate increases in size due to hormonal changes within the prostate. More specifically, local testosterone is more readily converted to a by-product (DHT) which has been shown to increase benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and cause male pattern baldness. Most men with BPH will complain of increase in urinary frequency, night time voiding (nocturia), decreased urinary stream and hesitancy. If left untreated for a prolonged period, the obstruction of urine can worsen to complete urinary retention. Medical therapy with the use of alpha-blockers (Flomax, Uroxatral) and/or 5-alpha reductase medications (Proscar, Avodard) are usually a urologists first line treatment option. Each of these medications take 5-7 days and 3-6 months to start improving urinary symptoms and will need to be taken daily forever. In men who are unable to tolerate medical therapy (due to side effects of the medications), or who are not content with the results of medical therapy, as well as men who present in urinary retention, surgical management for BPH is required. The former gold standard, TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate) is an endourological procedure performed under either a spinal or general anasthesia. The cystoscope is placed through the natural urethral passage and an electrocautery loop is used to cut chips of overgrowth BPH tissue for removal. Unfortunately, even in the best of hands, there is always bleeding related to the procedure and most men require at least an overnight hospitalization or 2. Over the past 2 decades, urologists have began to apply laser technology in BPH management. I also share some brief thoughts of mine after playing this game a lot. Lucario is sort of like Mewtwo. he's a little bit faster but his attacks are a lot weaker. I was very disappointed to see just how weak he really is. He can take a few hits before dying but overall he is below average because his final smash is easily avoidable and, if you do manage to hit someone, it still sucks. IMO the worst final smash. Edit: Many many people have emailed me about how Lucario's damage and effectiveness increases the more damage he has on him. I also share some brief thoughts of mine after playing this game a lot. Wario is a really fun character to play. He is not as slow as you might expect. Many of his A moves activate very quickly, and they have high knockback. His B moves, while fun, aren't really that great. By the way, he can eat just about anything. Wario will begin to blink when his fart is fully charged (happens over time). His final smash is even more fun. For a short time you are an invincible, faster, stronger Wario. Smash Bros Brawl COMPREHENSIVE Moveset - Pikmin and Olimar This video's intent is to demonstrate just about all of the character's moves, throws, taunts, special moves, and final smash. I also share some brief thoughts of mine after playing this game a lot. Olimar is actually a very good character. I thought he sucked when I first played with him, but I practiced with him and now he is very good. His A moves are all fantastic, and have awesome knockback. The Pikmin do varying amounts of damage based on their color, and you can re-order them with his B+Down move. His final smash will kill almost anyone who happens to be standing on the ground when the rocket hits it, and will heavily damage anyone who doesn't die. Watch out for Pikmin and Olimar. I also share some brief thoughts of mine after playing this game a lot. Ness has gotten a tad slower than he has been. His moves are still very powerful. PK Flash still pretty much sucks. His B+Down absorbs projectiles and heals Ness. Overall about the same (average). His final smash, which he shares with Lucas, isn't great but it's pretty easy for them to get the smash ball with PK Thunder. Lucas's straight down style PK Starstorm is better IMO. I also share some brief thoughts of mine after playing this game a lot. Falco is essentially a clone of Fox with his B moves, but he plays differently. All of the characters represented in this game from the Star Fox universe have insane combo potential, but this may be true the most for Falco. His new reflector-yoyo is interesting.
