EDSA, 1986 People Power Revolution The song "Handog ng Pilipino sa Mundo" was made on April 1986 to remember the EDSA People Power Revolution on February, the same year. It was composed by Jim Paredes, a member of one of the most famous singing trios in the Philippines, the APO Hiking Society and was sung with other famous Filipino singing Artists. Now, it is one of the most known Filipino Patriotic Songs of all time. The lyrics of the song: "Handog ng Pilipino sa Mundo" Composed by Jim Paredes of APO Sung by Various Artists 'Di na 'ko papayag mawala ka muli. 'Di na 'ko papayag na muli mabawi, Ating kalayaan kay tagal natin mithi. 'Di na papayagang mabawi muli. Magkakapit-bisig libo-libong tao. Kay sarap palang maging Pilipino.
