Warhammer Online: Shaman PvE Public Quest Here's a little movie for those of you who wonder how it is at a Public Quest. Well, you go to a location where a Public Quest is held, and you participate by just going there. A PQ is split up in 3 parts, usually starting of by killing loads of enemies. In part 2 you will fight some Champions, and in part 3 you will face the Hero/Heroes. At the end you will roll for some loot in a chest, usually some green bags but sometimes Greater Looting Bags. In the last I was using camtasia but here I am using fraps for better framerate. As it was explained to me, the reason ret is so broken in that judgements are taking something like a 200% coefficient instead of 20% or so. For highest damage you need to have art of war proc up as well as judging a stunned target. I was not able to proc art of war in any PvE videos but I could in the PvE. My highest crit is just shy of 13k but I am in very bad ret gear. The best i have heard sofar is around 21k.
