Harry Potter: In Ginny's Dreams This is very old, and I'm only keeping it up for nostalgia. I used to think this was amazing, now I'm glad I've gotten better (although the similarities in shots between the two films is still amusing). I might do some annotations soon for the lulz. Okay, you need to read this first. In this video, I sort of gave Ginny an active imagination. The parts from The Little Mermaid, that's Ginny daydreaming about herself as a mermaid, and Harry as her handsome prince. The video sort of follows chronological order, because Ginny is matching up the storyline of her daydreams to what is going on in her real life. When dream!Ginny (rather than calling her Ariel) becomes human, that's when Ginny starts to come into her own, to actually sort of pursue Harry in her own way. When dream!Harry has his awakening, that's when he sees her as a potential love interest (It WAS a really abrupt realization...) And... I really was trying to not use Spider-man clips, but it became too hard to find decent Ginny clips. I DID keep Tobey MaGuire out as much as possible, but then the clip with him catching the food snuck in. Just err.... pretend Harry has some serious Seeker!Skills. Walking With Hermione's Ghost Oh, my, I did a STORY video. This is for TheLizzard's September challenge, and I am most pleased with it. Basically, Hermione dies (where the coloring is sort of different...), and Harry starts to see her ghost everywhere (that's when the video goes sort of hazy). He's the only one who can see her, and everyone's starting to think he's lost it. Eventually, Harry snaps at Hermione's ghost, telling her that she needs to stop haunting him (She's kind of crazy as a ghost, constantly demanding Harry's attention and trying to get other people to see her, although they can't). He tries to make her understand that she has to move on, and she finally does. Afterward, Harry is left only with his memories. He never figures out if she really was there, or if he was just insane,. You can take this video in two ways. 1. Harry and Hermione were BFF, and that's why he sees her everywhere. 2. Harry and Hermione were lovers, and that's why he sees her everywhere. So, there you have it. ^_^ Enjoy! Move Along: A Harry Potter Tribute READ FIRST: The video's pretty self explanatory, but I don't want people to get confused about the Spider-man scene. In all honesty, the ending of Spider-man and HBP seemed pretty identical to me, so I stole the scene to represent Harry leaving Ginny in HBP. That scene is what inspired this whole video, which is why it's used quite often. To me, this song fits the ending of HBP perfectly, so I'm very happy with this video, which is my tribute to Harry Potter. Enjoy!
