Tori Amos - '97 Bonnie and Clyde This was requested by a youtuber who, sadly, missed the beginning of his 2001 Tori concert and thus also this song. Tori's not on stage while this is playing and the taper is trying to sort out his/her angles so it's not the most amazing vid but it will give you an idea of how the Strange Little Tour shows would start. If I'm not mistaken it's not entirely playback, Tori might be singing backstage. I don't know this for a fact but the lyrics sound different from the album version, she does an even thicker yobbo accent here. It might just be a different recording though, I don't know. Tori Amos - Caught A Lite Sneeze I just removed several of my videos and I feel a bit bad about it. So now I'll upload some more to compensate. One of the removed ones was CALS so here's another one also from '96. I really like this particular vid. The sound is very sort of "large" and "airy" (I can't think of a better way to describe it). It has the added advantage of giving the viewer an unobstructed view of her fingers on the harpsichord (a rarity). I love watching her play. Tori Amos - Cornflake Girl Sometimes I get so involved in Tori's less accessible stuff that I forget about some other songs. I've recently rediscovered Cornflake Girl (can you believe it?!). It truly is such an amazing song! This is from the Dew Drop Inn tour. Tori actually mentions YKTR before playing it, she looks a bit embarrassed. It also features a short version of the CG dance as well as an unrestricted view of her hands on the keys (breathtaking) and lots of very cute grimacing. It starts out with Tori telling a funny (and somewhat confused) story about her crew, then there's an improv of the back-up lyrics ("you can tell me it's over...").
