Romanian Breadmaking Filmed in 2005 in the village of Homorodszentpeter in the Transylvania region of Romania. Ray, the American who is learning the local breadmaking technique, has been a professional baker in an earlier career. The other American visitors are members of the U.S. Unitarian church which is partnered with the village. Visits with villagers both in Romanian and the US occur nearly annually since 2001.
